Peer Review Training
Do you research, or work in, Gender-Based Violence?
Do you want to learn more about the peer review process?
The Editorial team at the Journal of Gender-Based Violence (JGBV) are running online training for researchers, practitioners, and policy makers who are interested in reviewing for our Journal.
Tuesday 19 October 2021 from 1 pm to 4 pm (BST).
The training will consist of:
- • Watching a training video with time for comment and discussion with Editors;
- • An opportunity to review a real academic article submitted to the Journal and discuss;
- • See the process of submitting a review through the Editorial Management System in action;
- • For those interested, register to be a reviewer for the JGBV.
We welcome practitioners and policy makers as we have a policy and practice section in the Journal and always welcome practitioner expertise.
The Journal has a number of experienced regional Associate Editors who promote the Journal in a number of international regions. Having international diversity within the review process is important to us. As such, we encourage attendees to this training from across the globe.
