We have an update for you concerning our joint LEX-VAWGRN (Re)-connecting on Gender-Based Violence Conference in 2022.
Continued strike action in the UK HE sector has made planning the event a challenge.
It looks like strike action will clash with our proposed dates.
This will potentially mean that we cannot enter University premises.
After much consideration and attempts to manage the situation, we have taken the executive decision to postpone the event by six months.
The new date for the conference will be the 10-11th of November 2022 at Liverpool University.
We apologise for any inconvenience this change will cause, but the situation is out of our hands. Furthermore, it is an important issue relative to colleagues lives and one that we support. We do hope that you will participate in the event in November. Registration will open shortly and we will post details on the LEX website.
