Please find enclosed a invite to the H.O.P.E Leadership show case event taking place on Tuesday 21st March 2023 in London.

Breakfast and networking will take place from 10-11am with the event starting at 11am and finishing at 1pm.
You will have the opportunity to hear from the learners who attended the Leadership program and be part of their celebration process, listen to the research results gathered from the program by Onevidence and hear from guest speakers as to why leadership programs like this are vital for staff working within VAWG.
The H.O.P.E leadership program is a 10 week program commissioned by the DRIVE partnership to H.O.P.E Training Consortium which has allowed staff from racialised communities working within VAWG attend a program with the aim to:
- Help participants support levels of confidence within their organisation/workplace
- Opportunities for participants to project their individual voice within their organisation/workplace
- Prepare participants for future leadership opportunities and roles
- Enable participants to build on their existing skills to becoming future leaders
