• Rianna mentioned the petition for VALERIE’S LAW which is asking for Compulsory Training for Agencies Supporting Black DV Victims, you can sign it here 
• In relation to challenging traditional means of knowledge production, Rianna has started a podcast called Ree Speaks which aims to shine a light on all the amazing & inspirational activists, researchers, practitioners & more that exist in & outside of the academy. • VAWG Early Career Researcher (ECR) Network.  You can sign up for the ECR mailing list via https://vawgnetwork.mdx.ac.uk/join-the-network/  or via the sign-up link in our VAWGRN monthly newsletter. The next virtual social Early Career Researcher (ECR) event will be on Gather.Town on 21st October! You will be sent joining instructions a few days before the event. This will include a set of discussion topics and questions to get conversations flowing if needed. The ‘speed dating’ section of the event will last approximately 35 minutes, with each private conversation lasting 5 minutes. This will mean that you will get to speak to around 6 people during this section, however there will be time to mingle as a group at the beginning and the end of the event. The VAWGRN ECR team will be on hand throughout the event to guide you as you move around the tables clockwise.
